To one and all a happy Christmas, if you do not believe in it then I also wish you a joyous and blessed time of the year.

As many of you know I am not the most Christmassy of people (ironic for a Christian but I do have reasons), for there are many things that just annoy me immensely about this time of year. However I will admit that this year has been worse for me than any before mainly because it has brought back with painful clarity that I was supposed to be in Japan this year, and so all the emotions from that time have flooded back which has meant that I have perhaps been even more scathing this year than normal, and if you’ve been on the receiving end I am sorry.

Anyway, I do wish you all a merry Christmas and if I don’t see you before have a happy new year.
