Today, I have become a man!

Well, not quite, but its a catchy title
Today I took delivery of my first car, a silver 2001 Astra 1.4 LX… I would have a picture but it took ages to get seen (1.5 hours) at Arnold Clark and then by the time we got hom eit was dark.
To be honest I never expected to own my own car, at least not for many years. It means that now I don’t have to borrow my parents car all the time, which is good for me, and them. As always I couldn’t have done this, nor survived this long, without their help, cheers parental-units!
Now all I need to do it get myself one of those iPod FM devices so I can listen to it… think I’m going to go with this one (LINK) its supposed to be a good one, and strong enough not to get disturbed by other signals (oh, and it fits in a cup holder… although not sure if this car has any)
I’m a happy bunny (makes a change really doesn’t it).
