Its been a week since I moved back to Edinburgh, although technically Tuesday was the first night I slept in the new flat. Its been a busy week movig stuff over, and getting unpacked but now the fun of trying to get a job really begins.

As for the flat, well, its nice enough. Its small but I can fit :). The only big things are that the bathroom still needs decorating as its bare walls at the moment (which means i have to be ultra carfeful wen showering), and that the heating (and hence hot water) are not yet connected from installing the new heating system. I’m going to phone my letting agent tomorrow to get eta’s on these.

Apart from that everything is cool, except, Virgin haven’t sent my broadband modem yet as they needed to contact me. I found this out today when on a whim I decided to search my Junk folder to be safe, and lo and behold on the 1st of May they had emailed me asking me to phone them saying they had not managed to get in contact with me… which is odd because I have only missed one (maybe two) phone’s call that I know of since I applied. Anyway, they are having to cancel the previous tenents service, then reinstate it for me, and also do the whol credit check thing… so they’ll phone me Wednesday, which means I’ll probably not be online until next week… typical.
