Not that my weekends in November are solidly booked, but rather this weekend and in two weeks time I am away at two different Salvation Army events.

Firstly the Congress (basically a mass get together of Salvationists from across the country) in Glasgow (so I’m staying over at my parents on Saturday night). Then in two weeks its East Scotland’s Youth Councils (a weekend retreat for the “youth” of east Scotland… I only just fall into that category these days).

So both rather busy weekends but both should be fun… hopefully.

EDIT:  Congress was ok, not amazingly fantastic but ok… of course I was slightly distracted. My dad was rushed into hospital on Saturday morning as he couldn’t breathe properly. After a night in hospital it turns out its pneumonia (which I spelt right first time) which he has had previously and will probably be in hospital for a week, give or take. I saw him today before heading to the final meeting and he was out of bed and looking a lot better but on a lot of medication and still on oxygen, but a lot better.
