So, yeah, stuff, I suppose…

Been a slow week or so, Youth council was rather enojoyable, excluding some stressful moments and bus journey’s. I think I only got about 5 hours of sleep, through choice, over the weekend. Ended up doing techie stuff so didn’t get chance to just hang around with people, but since I enjoy techie stuff (yes even when it gets a bit stressful) I didn’t mind.

Lets see, apart from that its been business, so to speak, as usual. I have started painting again and on Thursday I should get some stuff down at Gorgie while I am waiting for the computers to arrive. My latest painting “toy” is a medium that turns the paint into a very wet clay so it gives texture to the painting (you can get thicker ones I believe which I may look into), so far I have only started two “experimental” painting to try it out and its been rather fun to work with.

I have completed Half Life 2: Episode 2 (actually a few weeks ago), and I just can’t wait for episode 3… it was a very “Empire Strikes Back” ending. Portal is still keeping me coming back for more as fans create more maps. Speaking of all things Half Life, I am still playing my way through the original Half Life (with the slightly updated engine) on Hard… and it is… not Bioshock Hard hard, but still rather hard, and fun.

Hmm… not much else really. Oh, for those of you who have been asking after my dad, many thanks for your concern. He is doing much better but has been told to take it easy for a month or so just to make sure he properly recovers.
